Deadlifts: Bar from floor to full hip/knee extension.
Goblet Squats/Lunges: Kettlebell/dumbbell held at chest.
Plate Thrusters: Full squat → press plate overhead.
Ring Rows: Body straight, rings pulled to chest.
Weighted Sit-Ups: Both athletes synchro, touch floor behind head → sit up and touch plate in front.
