FITNESS (Men / Women)

  • 45 Deadlifts – 40/25kg (share)

  • 10 Synchro Burpees

  • 35 Goblet Squats – 20/10kg (share)

  • 10 Synchro Burpees

  • 25 Plate Thrusters

  • 10 Synchro Burpees

  • 35 Goblet Lunges (15/15 steps) – 20/10kg (share)

  • 10 Synchro Burpees

  • 45 Ring Rows (share)

  • 10 Synchro Burpees

👉 With remaining time: Max Synchro Weighted Sit-Ups (10/5kg)
👉 Score = Total Reps

General Rules

  • Teams of 2 (Men or Women).

  • All reps are shared – athletes may switch as needed.

  • Only one athlete works at a time (except for synchro movements).

  • Each movement must be completed before moving on to the next.

  • Time Cap: 16 minutes.

  • Score = Total number of reps completed (including max reps at the end).

 

Fitness Category Substitutions

  • Deadlifts: Bar from floor to full hip/knee extension.

  • Goblet Squats/Lunges: Kettlebell/dumbbell held at chest.

  • Plate Thrusters: Full squat → press plate overhead.

  • Ring Rows: Body straight, rings pulled to chest.

  • Weighted Sit-Ups: Both athletes synchro, touch floor behind head → sit up and touch plate in front.
