Friday 18 of June from 19:00 to 22:30 our staff will provide you with the Welcome Pack and Registration for the Race.

To participate in the races requires full acceptance of regulations:

1. Athletes competing should understand that they are moving in an open, exposed to particular weather conditions that will prevail on that particular day of the race.
2. Men and women of all ages are accepted.
3. Participants who have not reached 18 years of age are required to submit a statement from their parents.
4. Valid participation is considered to be valid after it has been paid off financially.
5. The maximum number of participants for the event is two hundred (200) people, complying with all the necessary measures to protect everyone against the virus Covid-19. The number of tickets available for an online purchase is 180 in total.
6. The entry fee is €9 (participation ticket only) per subscription. There is an extra (optional) fee for the collectible Nike Air Dry t-shirt of the event and it will be €24.9 until 30 of May and €28.9 until 6 of June.
7. The entry fee for the race is €9. The Ticket plus The Collectible Nike Air Dry t-shirt COMBO is available at €24.90 until 30 of May and then €28.9 until 6 of June. The Nike t-shirt is sold separately at at €14.90 utill 30 of May and €19.90 from 31 of May untill the 6 of June.
8.  The event will take place on the 19th of June 2021.
9. Participants are obliged to fully comply with the regulations set by the organizer. They are also obliged to obey the suggestions of the individuals (eg. volunteers, reviewers) designated by the organizer. Failure to comply with the regulations or instructions will result in the exclusion penalty, with no refund or any other costs. Any person authorized by the event manager may record any infringement that he has perceived and report it to the event manager.
10. Any marking of the space provided by the event manager is temporary, intended to serve the participants, and is removed after the event.
11. Athletes are involved at their own risk and the organizing authority is not responsible for any injuries they may have, as stated in the statement of responsibility or here. However, qualified medical personnel and a fully equipped ambulance will be available. There will also be rescue teams covering the event.
12. Participants must have been examined by a physician who has judged them capable of participating in the particular event. Medical advice must not be older than 30 days from the last day of the event. Any participant who is diagnosed with respiratory disease will have to cancel his/her participation by sending the doctor's diagnosis to info@dailynutrafit.com and then he/she is entitled to a refund.
13. The use of a mask is mandatory before the start and immediately after the finish of the race for the athletes.
14. The use of rapid test will be mandatory for all participants and the staff of the event within 24 hours before the start of the race or in PCR test within 48 hours before the race. In case of a positive rapid test by an athlete or staff member, the EODY instructions for the general population are followed. Click here for the Instructions
15. Runners will be able to visit the toilets of Camping Simos, where it is located at the finish, which follow the safety and cleanliness protocols.
16. The finish area is open (outdoor) and there will be enough space for all runners. The awarding of medals will NOT take place. The medals will all be sealed in packages at least one week before use. The medals will be located in one place and will be received individually by the participants without contacts. Attention needed in avoiding hugs and handshakes.
17. It is strictly forbidden to dispose any kind of object during the whole event, such as plastic bottles or any other solid or liquid food packaging material used by athletes during the event. Disposal of packaging materials or other non-organic waste anywhere on the route beyond the predetermined, carries an exclusion penalty, no refund, or any other costs.
18. The event manager undertakes to supervise the field of play with specialized personnel in safety, rescue, and medical assistance to the participants in need. In cases where security personnel and referees indicate to athletes that the event must be stopped for safety reasons, the latter is obliged to obey. Non-compliance means exclusion, no refund, or any other costs.
19. In case of need, the event manager reserves the right to postpone the start of the event in order not to endanger the physical integrity of the participants. In very extreme conditions he can cancel the event.
20. In case the event is postponed indefinitely, a full refund will be made to the participants.
21. Participant exclusion occurs for: a) Pollution of the site. b) Inappropriate behavior towards the organizing staff. c) Inappropriate behavior towards the spectators of the event. d) Non-compliance with these Regulations.
22. Εach participant responsibly declares that he has not contracted a respiratory infection at least two months before the day of the race (June 19, 2021).
23. The organizers are not responsible for the deaths, injuries, or any damage to the health of the participants who, upon submitting their request for participation, declare that they are aware of the risks involved including those allegedly attributed to the negligent acts or omissions of the foregoing that their health status is good and allows them to participate, and they have recently been examined by a doctor on this subject. However, no participant will be required to submit a medical certificate. They are obliged to perform regular medical checkups in order to check their health status. The event managers disclaim any responsibility for the physical integrity of the participants, who should behave responsibly at any dangerous points on the route. The organizers disclaim any financial responsibility in the event of outside assistance to any athlete.
24. Participants consent to be featured in photographs or any other media from the event, which shall be used exclusively to promote the event.
25. The organizers have the authority to modify the rules and regulations of the event, with no further notice.

100% refund is available in the cancellation of the event due to new government regulations.

100% refunds are granted only due to physical inability followed by a doctor's note.

30% refunds are granted for cancelations at any time up to 5 days prior to the event.
